Easy Cliq SIM packs come in a box that contains 4 different SIM packs. Each of the SIM packs has a different mobile number. |

Easy Cliq SIM packs usually come with predefined mobile numbers. However, if you will like to have a special/VIP number, kindly visit any Etisalat Experience Center. The special/VIP number will attract additional charges. |

7. Is there any other benefit on Easy Cliq?
Yes. There are a number of other benefits like the special cliq rate, the off-peak rate, free midnight calls, Unlimited SMS, Data and MMS reward and Bonus on Incoming Calls. |

8. What is Migration for Easy Cliq customers? |

9. How can I migrate to Easy Cliq?
To migrate to Easy Cliq, dial *244*1# from your Easy Starter line. You can also call 244 and follow the voice prompts or call Customer Care on 200.

10. How can I migrate from Easy Cliq to Easy Starter?
Dial *244*2# from your Easy Cliq line. You can also dial *244*3# to check the Etisalat product currently in use on your phone. |

11. Will I lose my credit balance after migration?
No. Your credit balance will remain the same. However, all services, prevailing tariffs and promotions on the previous package will cease. The services, tariffs and promotions for the new package will become effective.
For instance, if you got your special number during the 0809Uchoose campaign and you want to migrate to Easy Cliq, your monthly 300 bonus seconds will be lost. However, any unused bonus airtime available on your line will be available for use after migration to Easy Cliq.

12. If I decide to migrate back to Easy Starter, will my 300 bonus seconds be restored?
No. |

13. Can I make homezone calls on Easy Cliq?
No. The homezone feature is not part of the Easy Cliq package. |

15. What is Talk ‘n’ Share?
Talk ‘n’ Share is the new innovative service that lets a caller share the cost of a call equally with the called party. |

16. How can I make a Talk ‘n’ Share call?
Include 274 before the dialed number and call. For example, 27408090000000.
The recipient will be prompted to accept the call by pressing 1 or reject the call by pressing 2. Once the call is accepted, the call connects and the cost is shared equally.

17. Can I make a Talk ‘n’ Share call from my Easy Cliq line to an Easy Starter line?
No. Talk ‘n’ Share calls are only possible within the cliq.
However, if you initiate a Talk ‘n’ Share call to an Easy Starter line from your Easy Cliq line, the call will go through without any prompt and you will be charged the normal rate.

18. What is One Click-One Tune?
One Click-One Tune is a service that allows a customer on Easy Cliq to confirm whether a friend’s line is on the Easy Cliq package! |

19. How does the service work?
Just dial *273* and your friend’s number. For example, *273*08090000000#. You will receive a notification whether the number is a member of the cliq or not. |
