• As a special member of the easy cliq, you will always enjoy all your many benefits as long as you keep your line active by making calls, sending SMS, using the data services or recharging your line within any ninety (90) day period.
• If you do not carry out any of the above mentioned active transactions within a ninety (90) day period, your line will enter into a grace period for another ninety (90) days. During this period, you will only be able to receive calls and SMS, and make emergency calls. You can also recharge your airtime during this period. Topping-up your airtime takes you back to the active period.
• If you do not carry out any active transactions as described for the one hundred and eighty (180) days of the active and grace periods as described above, your line will be suspended and you will lose your easy cliq number. All services and credit balances related to this line will also be lost.
